The company has established departments including Fumigation and Pest Control, Chemical Products, Timber, Pest Detection, and Grain Trade. It is a coordinated unit for handling emergency incidents involving hazardous chemicals for the government. The company currently employs a fumigation and chemical disinfection team of 52 personnel, including 2 senior engineers, 2 engineers, 12 pest control technicians, and other technical and logistical support staff. Additionally, it annually engages two professors from national grain institutions specializing in stored product pest control as technical advisors and undertakes the role of a government reserve team for hazardous chemical emergency response. It is a long-term partner of Yantai Evening News, Morning 6 Points, Yantai Health and Epidemic Prevention Station, and Animal and Plant Quarantine.

It is the first professional unit in China to provide fumigation services for equipment, pipelines, and silos in piano factories, food factories, malt plants, breweries, and flour mills. It holds proprietary patented pest control technologies, particularly excelling in fumigating and eliminating pests inside workshop equipment pipelines and silos, as well as pests resistant to phosphine, without damaging equipment, instruments, or meters. In terms of safety, it effectively prevents accidents such as combustion, explosions, corrosion of instruments and meters, and personnel poisoning caused by inappropriate selection or mismatching of fumigants and dosages. The company has designed the "Rapid Pest Elimination Device for Flour Milling Workshops," which has been granted a national patent.

The company has long been dedicated to researching the resistance of pests to various fumigants and the impact of fumigation on grain germination rates. It has developed a set of methods for fumigation treatment targeting various resistant pests and improving the safety of fumigating grain seeds.
